The objecter_requests workunit sets the download url to either ceph.git repo or ceph-ci.git repo.
In this case the url was set to ceph-ci.git. The download failed for both the tests:

Command failed on smithi045 with status 8: "wget -q -O /home/ubuntu/cephtest/admin_socket_client.0/objecter_requests -- 'http://git.ceph.com/?p=ceph-ci.git;a=blob_plain;f=src/test/admin_socket/objecter_requests;hb=wip-yuri3-testing-2022-03-16-1030' && chmod u=rx -- /home/ubuntu/cephtest/admin_socket_client.0/objecter_requests"

The related test was fixed a while ago as part of https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/18393.

As an experiment, I ran the wget command locally and the file was downloaded without any issue from both ceph.git and ceph-ci.git repos. This needs more triaging to find out if the test induced socket failures caused the download failure.
