Description
for multisite active-active case we would need to share the bucket notification information between zones regardless of failover.

once fixed, documentation around that should be added as well

- If the PR is already merged through other means (erroneous backport), mark the issue state as "Rejected".
- Do nothing. This script will ignore this issue while the upkeep-failed tag is applied.
