Description
As stated in this cephadm PR, NFSv3 support is officially dropped from cephadm. However, in Dashboard there exists code both back-end and front-end, and only support NFS v4 configuration.

According to the following links NFSv3 is not supported in Octopus, so it might make sense to reopen this issue.
