Traceva Documentation

modular protocol designed for allowing total control of digital identities, data, and interactions by users and autonomous agents

Traceva is a privacy-native, modular protocol designed for allowing total control of digital identities, data, and interactions by users and autonomous agents. It is built on top of advanced zero-knowledge cryptographic primitives. Traceva is a unified environment where identity verification, anonymous transactions, encrypted messaging, decentralized storage, and verifiable private access are enabled without compromising user anonymity or traceability.

The core goal of Traceva is building a decentralized, highly scalable solution for real issues of digital identity exposure, transactability, and data privacy. With zk-SNARKs and zk-STARKs cryptography, decentralized identifiers (DIDs), verifiable credentials (VCs), stealth addresses, and decentralized storage (IPFS/Filecoin/Arweave), all of your transactions in Traceva remain provable but invisible, enabling trust without disclosure.

Key technological developments of Traceva are:

  • zk Identity Layer (Traceva ID): Allows end-users to generate and verify cryptographic proofs of identity attributes without revealing personal information, in support of reusable and revocable credentials.

  • Encrypted Chat (Traceva Chat): Permits wallet-to-wallet, anonymous, and secure messages and transitory group communications, with support for encrypted attachments and stealth transactions.

  • Stealth Transactions (Traceva Pay): Utilizes stealth addresses and zkReceipts, enabling anonymous financial interactions while allowing transaction verification without compromising privacy.

  • Encrypted File Storage (Traceva Drop): Offers decentralized, secure file storage with access control by utilizing zero-knowledge proof, including time-locking, self-destruct, and once-only usage support.

  • zk-Gated access (Traceva access): Implements privacy-first venue and event access control by utilizing zero-knowledge proofs, enhancing real-world and digital use cases without identity exposure.

  • Autonomous Privacy-Preserving Agents (Traceva Agent): Provides users with programmable, autonomous agents that can securely manage identities, transactions, delegations, and on-chain interactions with a minimum level of exposure and traceability.

As a whole, these innovations enable Traceva as a complete, independent privacy solution, which significantly enhances the extent of digital sovereignty and anonymity in decentralized environments."
