TouchCopy is a software mainly developed for non commercial usage. By using this software the user can easily transfer files or data from i-pod or iphone to the PC or Mac. It supports all types of i-Pods and i-Phones. Different data, such as play list, art album, ratings, etc., can be transferred into i-Tunes. Users can easily manage calendars, contacts, notes and much more on the i-pod. TouchCopy can also play music or video files in the i-pod. It provides free customer support, in case the user faces any problem.
Touch copy has many in-built features and options that can be used very easily. Some of the options include i-Pod backup, which is used to copy all files such as music, movies, playlists to the PC or i-Tunes. Copy games option is used to copy games from i-pod into i-tunes library. I-pod to i-tunes option is used to transfer files such as music, playlist, video, album art, rating, play count, etc.
Using TouchCopy users can easily manage calendar, notes and contacts on the i-pod. It has a Search option that can be very helpful to search music files in the i-Pod and the result can be saved on the computer or i-Tunes.

- their only support is through email, and takes up to FIVE BUSINESS DAYS
Details:
- I am a lifetime computer programmer and techie
- this junk software has been sitting for hours now saying “Looking for devices” when the device is attached
- Windows explorer can see it as “Apple phone”
- I could copy the data from it using a standard copy, and got a full copy of the phone, in folders with names like 201203_ and 201203_
But this junk software can’t see it.
I rebooted everything, Run as administrator, have a USB cable AND wifi connected to both, checked their General Settings for Wifi enabling and everything else, etc
NO support, NO working software, and now the fight to get my money back.
