This program can be used along with TopWin Universal Programmers such as TopWin 2008, TopWin 835, and TopWin 2011. This device lets you program a variety of microcontrollers, EPROMs, EEPROMs, and other flash devices. It can automatically recognize the connected device and select the programming parameters accordingly.
