Commercial & Residential Window Tint

XPEL Vision architectural window film for offices, storefronts, and homes — heat rejection, UV protection, and security.

Architectural film

Tint for storefronts, offices, and homes.

Window tinting isn't just for vehicles. The same nano-ceramic technology that protects your car can transform an office, storefront, or home — rejecting solar heat that drives up cooling bills, blocking 99% of UV rays that fade furniture and flooring, and adding privacy or security where you need it.

We install XPEL Vision architectural films for commercial and residential properties throughout Bergen and Passaic counties. Whether you're trying to cool down a glass-walled conference room, give a retail storefront some daytime privacy, or reinforce a ground-floor home against break-ins, there's a film built for the job.

Every install starts with a site visit — we measure your windows, assess the orientation and sun exposure, and walk you through the right film for your goals. No one-size-fits-all packages, no upsells you don't need.

Questions

Frequently asked

Quick answers to common questions about commercial & residential tint.

What's the difference between automotive and architectural window tint?
Both use thin-film technology to block heat and UV, but architectural films are engineered for larger panes of flat glass, longer service life, and integration with existing window systems. We use the XPEL Vision line for buildings — separate from the Prime XR films we use on vehicles.
Will window film reduce my energy bills?
Yes, particularly in west and south-facing windows. Solar-control films can reject 60–80% of incoming infrared heat, which means HVAC systems cycle less in summer. Payback periods on commercial installs typically run 3–7 years depending on building size and climate.
How does security film work?
Security film (we install 8-mil XPEL Vision) is a thick polyester layer that bonds to the glass. If the glass is struck or shattered, the film holds the shards together, slowing or preventing entry. It's commonly used on ground-floor storefronts, residential entryways, and conference rooms.
Will tint look the same as my existing windows?
We offer multiple appearance options — from virtually clear (70% VLT) up to dark privacy films. We bring sample swatches to your site so you can see how each looks against your specific glass before committing.
How long does installation take?
Residential installs are typically completed in a single day. Commercial installs depend on square footage — we'll quote both cost and timeline after the site visit.
