This bumps some dependencies, mainly because they couldn't be installed due to other dependencies requirements. (others were bumped because they generated Psalm errors on lowest versions like xdebug-handler and language-server-protocol due to change in arguments name that we inherit)
It also bump coding-standard to 7.2 which fix the issue that forced us to pin phpdoc-parser (which is now unpinned) and it allows coding-standard in 8.0 because why not!
