The auto-merge job example produces this error:

gh: To use GitHub CLI in a GitHub Actions workflow, set the GH_TOKEN environment variable. Example:
  env:
    GH_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}

This PR is to fix the README file.
