This is missing test changes. Working on those now. |
The output of `gh gist create` shows the privacy status of the gist only when a filename is provided. We now show it unconditionally. Fixes cli#7644

@seanbright Thanks for the contribution! This looks good to me. I pushed a small commit to rearrange code to separate the creation of processMessage and completionMessage as they felt tangled for no good reason. Hopefully the code is now a bit easier to follow.
