In case -n is not specified, this will still open the browser and show 404 page, should we handle that also? So that if the repo doesn't exists we can avoid opening browser.

@vilmibm @kousikmitra Is there a reason why we are not testing the full URL that is generated and instead just checking the the repo exists? Feels like we could make this more accurate by making a HEAD request to the generated URL instead.
