The TM5 Partners welcomed the re-vamped <a href=\"https:\/\/tmfive.org\/\">TM5<\/a> website and took note of the launch of the\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/TMviewTM5usersurvey\">TMview user survey<\/a> to improve access to trade mark data. They also discussed possible venues of next year\u2019s Bad Faith seminar and topics for the next Joint Workshop. Progress has been made on the last remaining non-traditional (colour and sound mark) studies and the overview of appeal procedures and cases. The partners further clarified the scope of exchange for the trade marks in virtual space project.
