From mindfulness to breathing relaxation to yoga: At TK-TimeOut you will find many practical and easy-to-perform exercises that will help you to increase your well-being, cope better with stress and clear your head. All exercises are evidence-based and proven to help reduce stress. After a self-test, we recommend methods that suit you individually. All exercises are prepared as videos or audios that you can use conveniently at home, at work and on the go - even offline. So you can relax when and where you want.

- Self test
How are you doing right now? Are you stressed and tense - or do you just take life easy and relaxed? With a short self-test you can determine how stressed or relaxed you are at any time. You can take this test again and again to see your progress.
- Personal recommendations
Based on the self-test, you will receive personal recommendations as to which relaxation methods can best suit you. So you can work very specifically on what is important to you personally. But of course you can also choose how you want to relax.
- Audio and video exercises
Breathing tension, imagination and dream journeys, autogenic training, mindfulness meditation and much more is prepared for you in TK-TimeOut in the form of audios and videos. The exercises have different running lengths, depending on how much time you have. For the yoga exercises you need a mat and some space for yourself. It is best to use headphones for this.
