Welcome to The Interlocal Purchasing System’s (TIPS) Electronic Procurement Profile
The Interlocal Purchasing System, better known as TIPS Purchasing Cooperative, is a purchasing cooperative that completes the competitive procurement of highly qualified TIPS Vendors for use by our public entity TIPS Members throughout the nation. We are a division of Region 8 Education Service Center, a governmental entity, and we pride ourselves on our legal compliance and customer service.
We want to welcome all of our returning TIPS Vendors. If you are seeking to become an awarded TIPS Vendor, you will need to first register within this electronic bidding system and then submit a responsive proposal to one of our currently posted solicitations before it expires. Please see the link entitled "Becoming a TIPS Vendor" for more information. For those of you who are new to public procurement, please note that you will not be bidding on a specific project or order. Rather, TIPS utilizes Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) Contracts which permits Awarded TIPS Vendors to provide an indefinite quantity of supplies or services to public entity purchasers for the life of the awarded agreement. We understand that the competitive procurement process can be complicated so please do not hesitate to reach out to us toll-free at 1 (866) 839-8477 or
[email protected]
with any questions. To learn more about TIPS, our current contracts, our current Vendors and Members, or find out more about our departments and team members, please visit our public website at TIPS-USA.com. Thank you all for helping us meet the many needs of our TIPS Members throughout the nation.
