NNERPP ANNUAL FORUM
Last week was a special week for the NNERPP community – it was Annual Forum week! For our ninth annual gathering, we visited NNERPP member Metropolitan Educational Research Consortium (MERC) in Richmond, VA. Together, we explored different aspects of this year’s theme, “Public Education at a Crossroads: The Role of RPPs in Promoting Democracy,” as we shared, learned, and questioned how "to RPP" amidst the challenges and opportunities of the current realities and future possibilities of public education. We had a fantastic time connecting, learning, and having fun together!

THANK YOU
We absolutely loved hosting our NNERPP community at the Forum and feel honored that this amazing group of RPPers chose to share their time and wisdom with us. A special thank you goes to our fabulous group of presenters and to our wonderful locals and co-hosts, the Metropolitan Educational Research Consortium (MERC) – thanks so much for your support!

We also would like to acknowledge the continuing support of our family of funders, without whom this event would not be possible: the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, William T. Grant Foundation, The Annie E. Casey Foundation, and The Wallace Foundation. And a very special thanks to our home, the Kinder Institute for Urban Research, which plays a critical role in making NNERPP possible.
