The Climate Drift Executive Program Don't waste another 2 years figuring out your path alone.
Join the 12‑week executive cohort that puts proven operators into the rooms where the global economy is being re-wired: From how we power grids and move freight to how we feed cities and manufacture materials.
We fast-track the “Climate 101”, because you don’t need a semester of theory, but you do need a map: so you can get to doing real work, meeting real decision‑makers, and building a public track record that travels ahead of your resume.
We combine founder‑level coaching, live access to builders, and a media engine to do one thing: Translate your skills into a specific market need, then broadcast your solution to the people hiring for it.
Applications rolling. Next cohort begins February.
The Problem: You have the skills. You lack the signal.
You are a senior leader. You don’t need a textbook to tell you how to lead a team, ship a product, or manage a P&L. You’ve done that for 10+ years. But the climate economy is moving fast and trillions of dollars reshape how the world powers homes, moves goods, feeds cities, and insures risk. But you are on the outside looking in. You see generic job postings. You hear "we need climate experience." You struggle to translate your massive transferable value into the specific language of energy, circularity, or adaptation.
University programs offer you theory. They want you to pause your career for a year and spend $100k+ to learn academic frameworks. Bootcamps offer you broad community. They put you in a Slack group with 500 entry-level enthusiasts and leave you to "network."
You don't need a certificate. You need a forcing function.
Applications are open now. We’re reviewing and interviewing on a rolling basis. Apply now to join the next cohort.
We built the Executive Program to do one thing: compress a 2-year transition into 12 weeks of high-signal execution.
We act as your Market Intelligence, Strategy Partner, and Media Engine rolled into one.
1. The Immersion & Strategy (Access + Coaching) We replace the textbook with the boardroom. Your week is structured for high-leverage learning:
Market + Sector Mapping (Mondays): We break down the sector landscape, the jargon, and the capital flow so you have the foundation to debate the experts by Tuesday.
Insider Access (2x/Week): Live sessions with active investors and operators. You don't just listen; you are part of the active discussion, debating market shifts and dissecting bottlenecks alongside the speakers.
Executive Career Track (Weekly): Tactical sessions & breakout rooms on pitching, LinkedIn authority, and outreach strategy to translate your value.
We pair this cohort immersion with 4dedicated 1:1 strategy sessions (3 during the cohort, 1 post-program). These aren't check-ins; they are strategy audits. We act as your fractional career strategists to refine your pitch and target list. (Valued at $2,000 based on our standard $500/30min consultation rate).
"This is truly like no cohort out there! (I've done a few). The intimate community setting and amazing, intelligent speakers are unmatched.”
2. The Asset (Proof of Work) Cover letters are dead. Executives are hired on understanding, experience, thesis and reputation. During the program, you will produce an asset:
Pick a high-value sector (e.g., Grid, SAF, VPPs, Regenerative Ag), analyze a specific bottleneck, and propose a solution framework.
You move from "I'm interested in climate" to "Here is my strategy for fixing X."
3. The Distribution (Media-as-a-Service)
This is our unfair advantage. Most executive coaches help you polish your resume and then wish you luck. We broadcast you.
We utilize the Climate Drift media engine to put your Strategic Brief in front of the ecosystem.
We don't chase vanity metrics. We track meaningful engagement from the founders and VCs who matter, ranging from 10k reads for niche deep-dives to 200k+ for mass-market topics.
We help you craft the right signal. Then we provide the reach.
The Curriculum: 12 Weeks to Clarity We cover the sectors where capital is flowing and talent is needed. This is not a lecture series; it is a market briefing.
Week 0: The Audit 1:1 Strategy Call. We identify your "Unfair Advantage", transferrable experiences and target niches. Plus a pre-read list to get started.
Weeks 1 to 10: The Sector Sprints
(Energy, Transportation, Food & Ag, Built Environment, Circular Economy, Carbon Removal, and more)
Monday (Briefing): Market Maps, Capital Flow, Talent Gaps.
Tue/Wed (Access): Chatham House Rule roundtables with the VCs and Founders building the sector.
Thursday (Career Lab): Pitching, Narrative, and Signal building.
Fridays (The Ecosystem View): We step back from the specific sector deep-dive to look at the macro picture. Join Open Climate Roundtables to explore adjacent trends (Geopolitics, Macro-Economics, Policy) and network outside your cohort bubble. → It’s how you connect dots others miss.
Weekly Intelligence Briefs Before each week starts, we drop a curated dossier of what you need to know. Tiered by your schedule:
Have 1 hour? Read the Executive Summary and key market map.
Have 3 hours? Dive into the selected podcasts and investment memos.
Result: Arrive at live sessions prepped, not playing catch-up.
Week 11: The Build.
Drafting your thesis. Peer review. Editorial support from our team to ensure your work is ready to be read by 1,000s of decision makers.
Week 12: The Launch & The Firehose The market moves fast; we finish on the bleeding edge.
The Firehose: 5+ rapid-fire sessions on the hottest, most debated topics right now (e.g., AI & Compute Energy demands, The Grid Bottleneck, Adaptation Finance).
The Launch: You publish your Thesis. We ignite the distribution engine. You leave not just with knowledge, but with momentum.
Post-Program: 1-Year Active Membership You get 1 year of full access to our private community of 300+ Vetted Senior Leaders. We cap access to ensure high density and low noise.
This isn't a static directory; it's a live deal-flow room.
The Network: People Like You You are joining a room of peers. 50% are already leading in climate; 50% are entering with high-leverage skills.
Moji: Ex COO at Unicef ($50M budget), Disaster insurance lead at UN (20k+ insured refugees), now scaling and leading resiliency programs across Africa. [LinkedIn]
Tessa: ex Chief-of-Staff at a $19M Series A Climate Tech Company, now co-founding her own electrification company. [Linkedin]
Jonathan: Transitioned from leading strategic initiatives at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to Director of Renewable Fuels at Earth Finance(after publishing a 25-page solution framework on Sustainable Aviation Fuel via Climate Drift). [LinkedIn]
Zoei: Pivoted from Tech Marketing ($20M revenue growth) to leading marketing for the Bio-manufacturing infrastructure platform (aka replacing plastic) Synonym. [LinkedIn]
Andrew: 20 years of consulting, product management, and project leadership, currently leading a $25M+ global health initiative. Previously managed $50M investment portfolio at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. [Linkedin]
The Architects of the Transition We don’t hire professors to teach theory. We bring in the people actively deploying the capital and building the infrastructure + solutions. We don’t allow "thought leader” platitudes and founder sales pitches. All speakers join us under Chatham House Rules with a specific mandate: Bring us your bottlenecks, your unsolved problems, and your honest view of the market.
We invite speakers and ask them one core question: "What is the problem right now that keeps you up at night?" We don't want their success stories; we want their current struggles. Because hearing that allows you to realize: "This is actually something I've done before. I can help here." That is the moment your transition happens.
Investment & Impact Scholarships Tuition: $8,000 USD Includes all live sessions, 4x 1:1 Founder Strategy Sessions (30 min each), Editorial & Publishing services, and 1-year community access. The Climate Drift Impact Fund We refuse to let cost act as a filter against high-impact talent. We maintain a dedicated scholarship fund for operators who raise the bar for the cohort but face financial constraints. Who we fund: - 25% Scholarship for public sector transitions or recent layoffs. - 25% Scholarship for underrepresented operators.
The Handshake Agreement We view scholarships as an investment, not a discount. If we invest in you now, we ask for a "Handshake": When you land your senior climate role, you commit to paying it forward to the scholarship fund for the next cohort member. This keeps the door open behind you.
Employer Sponsorship Many of our members are sponsored by their current organizations (L&D budgets or Outplacement packages). This program is not just "training" - it is Market Intelligence. You bring back 12 weeks of investor-grade insights, a published asset that builds your company’s brand and drives lead-flow, and a network of 300+ partners and clients.
We cap each cohort to maintain quality, so admission is selective but straightforward:
1. Online Application: Fill out a brief application form (five minutes, no essay). We ask about your background, why you want to work in climate, and what you hope to get out of the program. This helps us understand if we’re the right fit for you (and vice versa).
2. Interview: If your application looks like a good fit, we’ll invite you to a 20-minute video call. This is a casual conversation, not an interrogation: we want to hear about your goals, answer your questions, and make sure you’re ready to commit to the program.
3. Admission & Enrollment: Twenty-four hours later you have a yes or a polite not-yet. Say yes, and we drop you into the community immediately so you can start trading ideas with past cohorts while the countdown to week one begins.
We run a few cohorts per year. Applications are open now for our upcoming cohort, and we review applications on a rolling basis. So the earlier you apply, the better your chance of securing a spot. Don’t wait until the last minute – spots can fill up quickly (we literally had people grabbing seats for the next cohort before the current one even finished!).
That's it. Time for the small print:
