this app is now frustrating and useless now. I can't access my account again. I've tried it on several devices to be sure it isn't from my phone but it's the same problem across all devices. plus I tried creating another account but I won't receive any OTP in my email even when the app claims it has sent the email. I really miss the old version of this app, when it was simple and user-friendly. I'm deleting the app.

This app is completely good, it's fast and accurate. The only problem I am having is too much face verification and I wish there can be another way using other biometrics like fingerprint rather than facial verification. I also wish they have their own wallet, it would be better than having 4 or 5 wallets being used for withdrawal of different tokens. Other than that, it's completely good.

From Canada. Apparently, some options aren't allowed here. The website page is very confusing for a beginner. The little info you showed me at the start was no help with navigation or what to do and where to do it. I tried to verify myself for the account, and it failed every time. With 2 attempts a day, I doubt I'll even log in tomorrow to try again. So I'm just going to delete everything.
