Introduction to AI League is recommended for students in grades 8 to 10. D75 school programming available.
Introduction to AI League is an integration-focused AI literacy and computing education curriculum that is student-centered and project-based, and was designed in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University.
In this 11-week curriculum, students will learn:
- AI Fundamentals — Students get hands-on time with Generative AI tools and apply them to create and innovate.
- Design Thinking, Data, Computational Thinking — Empowers students to solve real community challenges with tech-driven solutions.
- Career-Ready Skills — Builds skills, creativity, adaptability, leadership, and self-awareness for future success.
- Easy-to-Implement Curriculum — Standards-aligned lessons with full scope and sequence support.
- Internet Safety — Includes AI safety, ethics, and biases.
Teachers receive program onboarding session, an integration-focused facilation guide, and one school visit to support classroom implementation.
