Since 1972 Multiplying Good has recognized a host of national public figures for their outstanding contributions to our country and its communities with the Jefferson Award.  Nationally, the Jefferson Award is the country's highest honor for service and volunteerism, and our honorees--individuals including Barbara Bush, Oprah Winfrey, Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Peyton Manning--make up a storied group of American heroes whose dedication to service has inspired others to lead.

Our goal in Indiana is to cultivate the next generation of our state’s servant leaders. With that goal in mind, we are currently accepting nominations for our 2024 class of ChangeMakers--a group of professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to service and the potential to truly move our state forward. 

Each ChangeMakers class will kick off with an orientation and reception for our honorees. Over the course of 16 weeks, these ChangeMakers participate in a series of networking, volunteer, fundraising, recognition, and other community activities to raise awareness of Multiplying Good's mission and inspire other rising leaders to do their part. 

Finally, the ChangeMakers program culminates with a celebration event, recognizing each of our honorees with a Jefferson Award and celebrating all they have accomplished to make a difference in communities across Indiana.
