I know why it is that I don't stick to my diet. It's because I don't want to. The question is, why don't I want to. I think I want to. And then when I'm thinking about food, or it's there, all I remember is that it's really nice and I like the way it tastes and I want to have some and I don't even think about my diet or anything until later. My mind is a mystery to me.
