Things I Like: Love Lies Bleeding

I've added to the Beloved Collection the Professionals fic Love Lies Bleeding by Shoshanna (4423 words), which was posted on AO3 last week (though I believe it was first published some years ago). It is a serious fic that concerns itself with two of the questions that always interest me in the fandoms I dabble in: [Spoiler (click to open)]what Hero A would and would not be willing to do to protect Hero B, and whether or not the reverse question has the same answers. I think about those two things a lot, and I am attracted by fics that address them.
