Case study
Read the full case study →Grew ARR from $480 to $11,580 in 92 days
Claw Messenger was flat. $480 ARR, four paying customers, most of them the founder testing his own product. We turned on Tin Computer on March 25 and walked away. Thirteen weeks later: $11,580 ARR, 118 paying customers, 160 commits shipped. The first week of June brought 30 new subscriptions, the best week yet; at the end of April the weekly count was 11. The AI launched a referral program the same day a user asked if there was one, and a reseller tier the day after another customer said they wanted to resell.

The short version: Tin Computer connects to the tools you already use, ships through reviewable changes, and leaves the work in your hands.
- What does Tin Computer connect to?
- Tin Computer connects to the systems that show growth work end to end: GitHub for code changes, Stripe for revenue, Google Analytics and PostHog for behavior, Vercel for deployment context, and Sentry for errors.
- Does Tin Computer need access to my codebase?
- Yes, if you want it to ship product or website fixes. It works through GitHub, opens pull requests, and follows your review and merge settings before anything reaches production.
- What customer data does it read?
- Tin Computer reads only the connected sources needed to diagnose and improve growth, such as usage events, support patterns, revenue status, and site errors. Secrets stay in the workspace secret store and are not written into code.
- Can I cancel or change plans?
- Yes. Plans are month to month, you can cancel any time, and you can move between Standard and Unlimited Growth as your task volume changes.
- Will I be locked in?
- No. The useful work lands in assets you own: pull requests, shipped pages, analytics events, support drafts, and docs. If you stop using Tin Computer, you keep the code and content it already shipped.
- What happens when a task needs my decision?
- Tin Computer pauses and asks before public posts, customer replies, paid spend, risky production changes, or choices that would change the promise you make to customers.
- How is this different from hiring a growth agency?
- An agency usually waits for briefs, meetings, and reporting cycles. Tin Computer works inside your product systems every day, finds the next practical fix, ships it, and reports what changed.
