Terms of Service

Version 3.1 - 26th March 2026

Please read this page carefully. These terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure that a legally binding contract is in place between Australian Clearing Pty Ltd and you. Australian Clearing Pty Ltd and its properties will herein also be referred to as "Australian Clearing","TimeWall", "TimeWall.io", "site", "Company".

Your use of the TimeWall Site and Features and our Services (both as defined below) is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes which may arise, as provided in these Terms of Use. Please read the arbitration provisions carefully and do not use any of the TimeWall Sites and Features or our Services if you are unwilling to arbitrate any disputes you may have with us (including without limitation any disputes relating to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms) as provided herein.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the Company. By using any of the Australian Clearing Sites and Features or our Services, and/or clicking to “Accept” or otherwise agreeing to these Terms where that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy (https://timewall.io/privacypolicy). If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not register with or use any Australian Clearing Sites or Features or our Services.

We may post additional terms, official rules, or agreements that apply to certain services, applications, activities, and features we offer or provide at or through certain Australian Clearing Sites and Features (“Additional Terms”), and you may be subject to such Additional Terms when you access those services, applications, activities and/or features. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Additional Terms (on the one hand) and these Terms (on the other hand), these Terms shall prevail unless expressly otherwise stated in the Additional Terms, which are intended to supplement, but not replace, these Terms.

This website and its contract is owned by Australian Clearing Pty Ltd, a limited liability company of Australia with Australian Business Number 26 625 700 156 with an operating address of 235 Main Street, Osborne Park WA 6017 Australia.

You supply the services as referred to on TimeWall.io ('our site') to us. You must understand that when joining our site and by using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our services & contact information

There are a few simple steps that you need to be aware of before you use our services:

  1. Before you can use our Services you need to register (for free) on our site. On registration you may provide an email and password, keep this safe at all times and do not disclose it to anybody;
  2. TimeWall is not available in the following countries: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Russia, Somalia, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Zimbabwe and some regions of Ukraine.
  3. The minimum age requirement to join TimeWall is 16 years (or 18 years in Brazil). TimeWall encourages minors, 16 years of age or older, to seek their parent or guardian's permission before registering. Most teenagers use TimeWall as a way to earn free rewards.
  4. You may be required to verify your identity before you can receive payment. This will only be required once ever. You may also be required to SMS Verify, whereby you must provide your current mobile or cell phone number, and we will send a code via SMS. You must enter the code on the next page, to prove ownership of that mobile number.
  5. Once you have submitted your registration request you may receive an e-mail from us (if your email is valid) acknowledging that we have received your personal information and setting out your account status.
  6. Our Services are listed on our site. If you wish to use our services then you must follow the instructions on our website.
  7. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed once you have signed up successfully to TimeWall.io. The Contract will relate only to those Services we have confirmed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Services which may have been part of your order until the supply of the Services has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
  8. TimeWall.io may terminate/suspend without notice any accounts at its discretion.
  9. TimeWall.io may change a user's profile and any data contained within it without notice and at its discretion.
  10. All "Offerwall User" earnings are displayed in Points. 1 point = $0.0001 USD in raw earnings. Or 10,000 points = $1 USD of raw earnings.
  11. All "Site Owner" earnings are displayed in USD (United States Dollar).
  12. TimeWall may not accept all websites submitted as a Site Owner, it is under our own discretion if we accept your website or not.
  13. Offerwall Users will also see the currency conversion of your points from the website profile your account is linked to. When you withdraw, your points are converted into the currency of the website you came from based on the conversion rate they have set. This is subject to change at any time. Withdrawing 1,000 points DOES NOT mean you will receive $0.10 USD, you will receive the currency of the reward site your account is connected to, according to the conversion rate they have specified at the time.
  14. TimeWall is not required to pay Offerwall Users that do not reach the minimum withdraw amount of payout of 500 points.
  15. TimeWall is not required to pay Site Owners that do not reach the minimum withdraw amount of payout of $10 USD.
  16. TimeWall is not required to pay users that do not verify their ID if they are required to do so.
  17. TimeWall is not required to pay users who have been banned for violating our terms of service.
  18. TimeWall may apply chargebacks to your account if an advertiser rejects leads due to fraud, false information, or any reason whatsoever. These amounts will be deducted from your TimeWall Site Owner account, or Offerwall User account, or both.
  19. TimeWall Site Owner invoices are generated monthly, on the 1st of every month, for all unpaid earnings that have not been paid for that Site Owner account.
  20. If you have not performed any tasks for 6 months, we will forfeit (remove) any outstanding (not withdrawn) points from your TimeWall website profile. If there is nothing appearing in your History tab (https://timewall.io/history) for 6 months for that specific website profile, this is deemed to be an inactive user and your outstanding points may be deducted.
  21. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability or weakness in our systems, we encourage you to responsibly disclose it to us by using the Contact Form. Unauthorized attempts to exploit or test the security of our systems may result in legal action.
  22. Engaging in unauthorized security testing, hacking, or any activities that violate the security of our systems may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities involved in such activities.
  23. By engaging in the development of advertising campaigns, including but not limited to the creation of task or click campaigns, or any other form of advertising, you explicitly acknowledge and assume complete liability for any damages that may arise as a consequence of users adhering to your instructions. You unequivocally accept full responsibility, amounting to 100%, for all instructions or proof instructions you issue. Any form of fraudulent activity will not be tolerated, and immediate account suspension will ensue.
  24. Our services may display advertisements from third parties ("Advertisers"). We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of the content, products, or services advertised by these third parties.
  25. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your interaction with or reliance on advertisements displayed on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by the content of advertisements, errors, or omissions in advertisements, or any transactions or relationships initiated as a result of such advertisements.
  26. It is your responsibility to evaluate and bear the risks associated with the use of any content, including advertisements, on our platform. You acknowledge and agree that your interactions with Advertisers are solely between you and the Advertiser, and we are not a party to any transactions or agreements between you and Advertisers.
  27. We explicitly disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or harm arising from viruses, malware, or any other harmful elements contained in advertisements. Users acknowledge and understand that the internet carries inherent risks, and we do not guarantee the safety or security of the content displayed through our network.
  28. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service regularly for updates.
  29. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Australian Clearing Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Australian Clearing Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  30. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Western Australia, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
  31. If there are any database issues, display errors or coding issues on the TimeWall website which cause your earnings to appear higher than they should be, TimeWall will correct this and is not liable to pay you for any incorrect values that were previously displaying.
  32. When using TimeWall.io you agree to obey all the rules of the Website. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will obey their most current form. We want to make special mention of the following rules:
  • You must not buy or sell TimeWall.io accounts.
  • You must not create multiple accounts. You can only have one Offerwall User account, and one Site Owner account.
  • You must not supply false documents, fake or edited photos, or any government documents that belong to someone else that is not you, during the Verify ID process.
  • You must not buy or sell points from an external party.
  • You must not create multiple website profiles from the same website unless written consent is obtained.
  • You must not perform the same offer from multiple website profiles that you have already done before unless written consent is obtained.
  • You must not use bots, auto-clickers, or external scripts anywhere on the website.
  • You must not auto unlike-like, unfollow-follow, -1-+1 others' sites/pages/accounts.
  • You must not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
  • You must not upload viruses or other malicious code.
  • You must not include TimeWall.io tracking links in iframes or any other popup/popunder window.
  • You must not send proxy traffic to TimeWall.io links, or tasks.
  • You must not use any VPN/Proxy to register for TimeWall, or use a VPN/Proxy whilst inside of TimeWall to perform tasks.
  • You must not purposely clear cookies, cache, reset IP address or trick the system in order to do the same task over again
  • You must not use multiple devices or browser emulators
  • You must not emulate a desktop site from a mobile device
  • You must not use browser extensions to auto click or simulate clicks
  • You must not fill Surveys with false information.
  • You must not fill in the incorrect profile information into TimeWall such as name, age, address and gender.
  • You must not use software or bots to install apps.
  • You must not use software or bots to perform searches in our search engine.
  • You must not upload photos or profile pictures that you do not own the rights to.
  • You must not use TimeWall.io to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
  • You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of TimeWall.io, such as a denial of service attack.
  • You must not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
  • You must not try to hack other people's accounts, change their personal information or payment information
  • You understand that cheating our system will result in your account being disabled, with all earnings removed, with no second chances or warnings.
  • If we disable your account, you must not create another one.

Anyone found to be breaking any of these will be removed from TimeWall.io permanently, with or without prior notice, and none of your accumulated earnings or wallet value will be paid to you.

Nature of the Platform and Promotional Reward Balances

TimeWall is a promotional engagement, advertising, and activity-tracking platform only. TimeWall does not provide banking, financial, payment, remittance, money transmission, escrow, stored-value, custodial wallet, virtual asset, digital asset, digital currency exchange, brokerage, or other regulated financial services to end users.

Any balance, points, credits, or reward amounts displayed on TimeWall are promotional incentives only, provided solely for promotional and record-keeping purposes in connection with advertising, surveys, offers, games, and other activities made available on the platform. Such amounts do not constitute money, deposits, stored value, prepaid value, electronic money, digital assets, cryptocurrency, bank balances, wallets, or any other type of financial product or financial account, and do not create any legally enforceable right by the end user to receive payment from TimeWall.

TimeWall does not accept or hold fiat currency, cryptocurrency, virtual assets, or any other thing of value on behalf of end users. TimeWall does not maintain custody or control of end user funds, wallets, virtual assets, or private keys. TimeWall does not exchange fiat currency for cryptocurrency or other virtual assets, does not exchange one virtual asset for another, and does not transfer money or virtual assets on behalf of end users or on the instructions of end users.

End users do not maintain a payment account with TimeWall and may not redeem balances directly from TimeWall. When a withdrawal, redemption, or similar request is made, TimeWall may pay a corresponding USD amount to the website owner or platform operator that referred the traffic to TimeWall, and TimeWall may send that website owner or platform operator a notification or confirmation that the relevant user activity was completed. Any reward, payment, credit, or benefit ultimately provided to the end user is provided solely by that third-party website owner or platform operator under its own terms, policies, systems, and legal responsibilities, and not by TimeWall.

TimeWall's contractual and payment relationship is with the referring website owner or platform operator, not with the end user for payout purposes. TimeWall does not receive instructions from end users to send money, cryptocurrency, or other value to any person, and TimeWall does not act as a payment intermediary or financial agent for end users.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the TimeWall website, platform, software, content, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of Australian Clearing Pty Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted through normal use of our services. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The TimeWall platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Australian Clearing Pty Ltd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Data Deletion Policy

Data destruction ensures that Australian Clearing Pty Ltd manages the data it controls and processes it in an efficient and responsible manner. If you wish to have your data deleted from our servers forever, you can request so by sending a support ticket and requesting this. This will ask for your account password, and will send a link to your email in order to confirm the deletion of your data. If you are unable to access your account for any reason, you can contact our support by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the website. Our support team will ask you some questions to verify your account details, and then proceed with the deletion of your data. In rare circumstances, a litigation hold may be issued by legal counsel prohibiting the destruction of certain documents. If you have any negative balance in your account due to reversals or chargebacks, you must clear these before we can delete your account. A litigation hold remains in effect until released by legal counsel and prohibits the destruction of data subject to the hold.

Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to use this site or our services.
