The employee database holds full details on each employee including their individual work patterns, work rules, pay rates and pay rules.

These user defined patterns and rules are used to calculate paid hours and wages. Patterns and Rules can be set up to handle simple 9 till 5 type work patterns, or complex rotating shifts.
