Modern CSV 2.4

Gallium Digital has released Modern CSV 2.4, with a few new features and improvements to the CSV manipulation app. The update now includes Copy Cells to Markdown and Copy Cells to HTML commands; adds Rename Folder and Reveal Folder in File System to the folder context menu; adds automatic detection of text delimiters, Markdown, and HTML when pasting; revises behavior when a file is changed externally to ask you what to do if there are unsaved changes; fixes the height of rows when Auto-Fit Row Height is enabled; and adds a warning for Auto-Fit when there are a lot of rows or columns.
