toft and I play scrabble . . . dirtily.

that's right, toft and I have been playing scrabble again. I don't post all of our brilliant scrabble games here (partially because we are actually writing some of them, sometimes) but this one is just such a wonderful example of the genre of dirty scrabble games, I had to post it. The AU that goes with it is a little underdeveloped, but I think that the board speaks for itself:





Note the top left hand corner, in which cig/fag/gays all go together; I think this is particularly nice, as "fag" is surrounded by two of its possible meanings. Though technically I think that the meaning of "fag" that scrabble accepts is "to tire," because it doesn't accept slurs generally. Once we started having "pornos" and "queer," we worked hard to sex this board up; I'm particularly proud of toft's play "bonk," and of my second-to-last play of "anal."

On the left of the board, it goes a little more bizarre-camerawork-erotica (masque, cig, emote) and on the right, obviously, a little more porno. You don't know how sad I was that I couldn't play "pube/cunt" on the right side there. Anyway, we had a good time with this board, especially in coming up with porn names for characters. It seems true somehow that Rodney's porno name could totally be Prez Rodney, and that Ronon could be called "The Tower" Dex. Do they call John "Dino" Sheppard? Signs point to yes.

Also we had a conversation about how Sophie from Leverage would totally be an amazing porn actress, and we wondered where the story was where Parker or Eliot or Hardison or all three found the softcore lesbian experimental erotica she filmed when she was twenty.

Check out how toft made up an adjective: winey. As in, of or relating to wine. She's such a cheater.

The last thing I have to say about this scrabble board is that I was given a sign that I've been doing too much kink_bingo preparation work lately, because when toft played "wait," I immediately said, "oh, orgasm denial, nice!" oh kink bingo.
