TheWrong
Eclipse.
On August 12, 2026, a total solar eclipse will cross Europe. The first total eclipse visible in continental Europe since 1999.
Light will hesitate. Art will not.
Open Call for a
24h Online Exhibition.
The Wrong Eclipse is a 24-hour art exhibition unfolding with the eclipse itself.
As the sun disappears, the exhibition will showcase web based works that obscure certainty (glitches, shadows, and shared imaginaries) and prototype hopeful utopias in the dark.
We are looking for artworks that embrace error and interruption, misinterpret systems (astronomical or otherwise), exist temporarily, conditionally, incorrectly, imagining new collective futures beyond visibility.
Deadline to submit works: June 12th, 2o26
Group exhibition: August 12, 2o26 (24h)
