  • Generate alternatives, bright ideas for your next action steps, input for how to take what didn’t work and tweak it so it does.

  • A group ‘whoo-hoo’ for when you’ve reached a goal and/or overcome an obstacle.

  • Contacts, connections, links. Ex: who to call, what to read, where to find something.

  • An advanced skill, indeed!

  • Share the benefit of your professional or amateur skill with a fellow member — for trade, for pay, whatever works.

  • Meet virtually to get your homework done; hold space and provide soft accountability for each other.

  • Meet 1:1 to connect and learn more about one another personally and professionally.

  • Pair up with another member to share goal steps, check-ins, and follow-ups; this can be the same pairing each time, or you can rotate buddies.

  • Periodic check-ins to give focused encouragement.

  • Sometimes, we need a little targeted validation and ‘yes, you can’ to go for what we want.

  • Practice what you’ll say or do in a challenging conversation or situation.

  • Timed 1-minute ‘power-gripe’ to clear the decks so you can shift out of stuck.

  • Call schedule (à la Meal Train) for a member faced with a crisis; check-ins before/after a difficult appointment; virtual tea date (or wine date) after a ‘big reach’ action step.

  • Get help with:

    • Writing an affirmation

    • Setting a goal

    • Breaking down a goal into smaller tasks

    • Clarifying an intention

    • Website or sales page review/feedback

Taster Meeting

  • The Taster Meeting is offered as a no-obligation Preview of the Autumn 2026 Mastermind cohort.

    Claire will share an overview of how the group will work and give you a real-time taste of the power of a Mastermind.

    The intention is for you to leave the Taster Meeting knowing if the Mastermind is a good fit for you.

  • The Taster Meeting for the Autumn 2026 Mastermind cohort will be held in August 2026, with the date to be announced.

  • Bring your sweet self, plus come prepared to:

    1. Introduce yourself and say where you're from

    2. Describe your business and who you serve in one or two sentences

Mastermind Group & Co-Working Sessions

  • AUTUMN 2026 MASTERMIND GROUP

    Optional CO-WORK SESSIONS will be offered weekly on Wednesdays beginning in July 2026.

    • 8:30–10:00 am Pacific Time (GMT-8)

    • 5:30–7:00 pm Central European Time (GMT +1)

  • The live virtual Mastermind Group meets every other week for a 90-minute Zoom.

    The optional live virtual Co-Working Sessions meet weekly on Wednesdays for a 90-minute Zoom.

  • The Mastermind Group will bring together an intimate circle of up to 8 members and will become a private, supportive space once it launches.

    The Co-Work Sessions will stay open to the larger community, offering rolling enrollment and room for up to 20 participants to join in.

  • Absolutely. The Sweet Spot Community is a place where we welcome and celebrate our differences. Everyone who leads from the heart is welcome.
