How to enrol
Step-by-Step Guide for Parents/Guardians: Enrolment Process at The Island Private School
1. Create an Account
Please create an account on Open Apply by clicking the “Register” button located at the top right corner.
2. Submit Required Documents
Upload all required documents in your Open Apply account:
Learning Support Form
Child’s Birth Certificate
Child’s Passport
Parents’/Guardians’ Passports
Last School Report (Grade 2+)
Applicant’s Recent Photo
After submission, our team will review your documents. If there are available places, we will contact you to pay the admission fee and send an invitation for the assessment and interview, including date, time, and instructions.
3. Admission Fee
A €100 admission fee per student is required for the 2025–2026 academic year. This can be paid in cash at reception or by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided when we confirm available places.
4. Assessment & Interview
Aptitude Test (Grades 3–11): Computer-based, adaptive, 1h30–1h45.
English Test: Cambridge placement test on computer; duration varies by grade.
Both tests are completed in a single school visit. By request, they can be done fully online.
Interview: 15–20 minutes; for younger grades (Pre-Primary & Primary), the interview is the only assessment.
5. Offer & Enrolment
After assessment:
Admissions team will offer a place based on results.
Sign and submit the application form/contract and pay the remaining fees
Student is officially enrolled.
Note: For Waldorf and Montessori programmes, after signing the contract and payment, a Trial Week is offered, running Wednesday to Wednesday.
