After much deliberation, I have decided to close thefocusgroup. Unfortunately, it just doesn't seem like a lot of people are entering icontests these days. I was prepared to make a whole bunch of changes, but it ultimately felt like flogging a dead horse.

Sorry to those of you who were looking forward to entering here, especially to those of you who recently got accepted. Maybe in the future things will change and the community will open back up.

HAITUS

Thanks so much for your input, feel free to keep leaving suggestions to this post.

The community will be going on Haitus while I make some changes to the community. There will probably be longer challenges, a gallery of caps for you to use, and that optional bracket game (cuz I wants it, heh). It is also likely that challenges will open up to cancelled TV shows.

We'll probably be closed for a couple weeks. I'll make a new post when the community is about to return, so you can tell all your friends!

Participation has been low as of late, both in entries and in voting. I'll admit I've had trouble keeping the excitement up and am considering making some changes, possibly closing the community even. SO if you have ever participated or ever considered participating/applying, please fill out the poll below the cut!
