Help control the mosquito population in our community! Mosquito season runs May 1 to Oct. 31. During this time, the City conducts weekly mosquito trapping and testing. Spraying is conducted when test results confirm the presence of West Nile mosquitoes. Mosquito Control
Egret nesting season is upon us and egret activity has been spotted in The Colony. Residents are strongly advised to trim trees to minimize potential nesting canopies and notify the City as soon as egrets are spotted for deterrence. Read more about egret response
