and here have a half process, half tutorial thinger I am doing out of guilt cause I feel bad for neglecting you all so bad D:

step one: the usual roughcrap sketch.
step two: I have a lot of trouble with the normal brush tool that uses pressure to judge the diameter of the brush. 1 pixels to pixels 9 just looks ridiculous with me. It's always too thin or too thick. Handpressure control, I fail ;_; So for lineart that's a little more realistic and comfortable for me I go to Brushes > Shape Dynamics > Minimum Diameter. Set it to around 21%-27%.
step 3: Copy the lineart layer with ctrl+J. Gaussian blur the original layer and use ctrl+B to fiddle with the colour. Colour in everything. Flatten everything into one layer and go to Filter > Artistic > Paint dabs. Brush size 5, Sharpness 3.
step 4: Use the eyedrop tool and a softer brush. touch up touch up touch up till you die or the picture is done. The destiny of the picture relies on YOUR BURNING SOUL AND AMBITION NEVER GET UP DESU LET YOUR ARTISTIC PASSION BURN A HOLE THROUGH YOUR SHIRT AND SET EVERYTHING ELSE EXCEPT FOR YOUR COMPUTER ON FIRE.
step 5: nit picky details.
