Hey, I'm Meagan and I'm SO happy you are here! As a certified Life Coach & Pilates + Barre Instructor, its my mission to help you become the strongest, most confident version of YOU! The Set is packed full of classes that will challenge every muscle, help you stay flexible & mobile and raise those endorphins so you can feel good and be fully present for all that life demands of you. Listen, you're busy...me too! As a mom of 3 and fully booked coach, I know how important it is to make movement a priority but it has to be convenient AND energizing. The Set will do both with workouts you can do anytime/anywhere + classes of all lengths that will improve your mood and help you reach your goals.
