The tftpd32 program is good in every way. But I don't understand why SysLog can't be modified to rotate files. It only requires two checkboxes and a small amount of code.
Tftpd32 is one of the greatest programs of all time. It's incredibly tiny, functional, and reliable. It's one of the first things I install on any Windows computer.
