Tokens are TestGrid's unit of measure for AI test creation. Each AI-generated test case or test update consumes tokens from your monthly allocation, with most usage concentrated during initial onboarding. A typical test case uses 10-20 tokens. Self-healing, bug summarization, root cause analysis, and other AI agent activity do not consume tokens. Growth and Enterprise Device Lab packages include unlimited tokens.

Yes. TestGrid offers a fully on-premise deployment through the Enterprise Device Lab package. The platform UI, test execution layer, and device infrastructure all run within your environment. AI capabilities require outbound connectivity to TestGrid's hosted AI infrastructure. A scriptless on-premise option is available for environments where outbound AI traffic is restricted.

No. Every TestGrid package includes our full agentic AI platform with all 34+ agents at no additional cost. Unlike platforms that charge separately for AI capabilities or per-agent usage, TestGrid bundles agent access into the base price of every plan.

Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time during your contract, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades are available at renewal. Reach out to your account team to discuss upgrade options or pricing for additional seats, devices, or tokens.

A TestGrid solutions engineer works with your team to set up the platform, configure access to your applications, and run a structured evaluation against your real test scenarios. POCs typically run one to two weeks and conclude with a clear assessment of fit.

TestGrid supports Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Espresso, and XCUITest for test execution on our infrastructure. Test creation through CoTester generates tests in either Selenium Java or Appium Java with full code download support, so you're never locked into a proprietary format.

Yes. Bring your existing Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright test suites and run them on TestGrid's real device cloud and browser infrastructure with no rewrites required. This is one of the most common starting points for teams migrating from BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.

Yes, three ways. Most customers use our native integrations with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, and other major CI/CD tools. For custom workflows, TestGrid's full API lets you wire test execution, results, and reporting into any pipeline you're already running. Customers can also trigger tests through our DevOps and Orchestration agents for fully agentic CI/CD workflows.

No. TestGrid does not use customer data to train AI models, and all test data, application data, and execution artifacts remain the customer's property. AI processing for test generation and analysis is handled with strict data isolation, and customers retain 100% code and data ownership across all packages.

TestGrid is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Our SOC 2 Type II audit covers Security, Availability, and Confidentiality trust services criteria.
