WaterWalk approached TESSERE seeking a new architectural partner to design an L‑shaped extended‑stay hotel in both Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. The ownership team valued our use of Revit and Enscape, which allowed them to virtually walk through the property during design, review real‑time updates, and minimize potential issues or costly changes later in the process.

This 80,000‑square‑foot, four‑story hotel features 126 fully furnished units, with approximately 20,000 square feet per floor. The one‑ and two‑bedroom suites are designed to function like modern apartments, complete with full kitchens, walk‑in closets, and in‑unit washer/dryer combinations. Shared amenities include a lobby, reception area, administrative offices with a dedicated mail space, a fitness room, and an outdoor pool. Exterior balconies and varied façade materials add visual interest and break up the building massing, contributing to a contemporary and engaging presence.
