Does West Virginia Have Term Limits on Their Governor?

Yes- West Virginia has a consecutive term limit of two four year terms. At present, current Governor Patrick Morrisey (as of 4/14/25), has only served one term, so he will still be eligible to run in the next gubernatorial election in November 2028.
