The 2026 legislative session is upon us! We are working diligently to file term limits resolutions across the country. This page is continuously updated with all of our new calls-to-action as soon as the bills and committee information become available.

U.S. Term limits has teams working in many of the state legislatures to pass our resolution calling for a national term limits amendment proposal convention. This page displays all of the states where we have measures up for votes and the stage each is in.
