Christian, our Co-Founder and CIO, is ultimately responsible for all of our investments and portfolio performance. With a perpetually curious mind and a passion for continuous improvement, he brings both strategic oversight and innovative thinking to our investment approach.

Rob, the third musketeer in our Co-Founder trio, keeps everything moving as our COO. He sits on the board of Gravita, Tiger Eye and VIPR, bringing operational insight and strategic direction across our portfolio.

Based in Munich, Aylin works in the Tenzing Investment Team, supporting European software and tech-enabled services businesses ready to scale. She’s driven by a genuine passion for recognising the craft behind a company’s success and collaborating closely with teams to unlock their next chapter of growth. Aylin is on the board of Mandata and Webexpenses

Arabella works in the Investment Team, supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of new opportunities. Her role spans the full investment process, from sourcing through to Investment Committee discussions, with a focus on building conviction through detailed analysis and due diligence.

Fiona takes the lead on discovering new opportunities and partners up with management teams to supercharge their business growth. Not just a corporate powerhouse, she’s also a board member at Saville Assessment, and has a secret green thumb!

Based in Munich, Stephan works in the Tenzing Investment Team, on a mission to identify and evaluate Europe’s best software and tech-enabled platforms and support them on their growth journey. He’s motivated by a desire to deeply understand what drives a business and how Tenzing can help unlock the next stage of growth.

Apolline sits within Tenzing’s investment team, where she supports origination, evaluation and execution of new opportunities across software and tech-enabled services, with a particular focus on the French market.

Connor supports the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, working closely with the team on deal origination and diligence across the UK and Northern Europe. He brings prior experience advising on transactions in the TMT sector and holds an academic background in biochemistry.

Johan is an Analyst in Tenzing’s Investment Team, supporting the evaluation and execution of software and technology-enabled services investments, with a focus on the Nordic region. He contributes financial and commercial analysis across the investment process.

Sophie focuses on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. Known for her linguistic prowess, she’s fluent in French and Spanish – skills that bring added depth to her work. Sophie is on the board of Acitvpayroll, PSSG and Ticketer.

Bertrand is a seasoned technology & tech-enabled investor, leading all investments in French-speaking regions in Europe. Passionate about partnering with ambitious founders, he combines deep industry experience with a genuine curiosity for technology and a love of travel that inspires his approach to supporting companies as they scale.

Billy is our trusty scout, always on the lookout for outstanding companies to add to our investment portfolio from an Australasian angle. He doesn’t stop at just finding them; he’s also a pro at crafting the perfect investment structures. Billy holds a spot on the board of MPLC and Totara.

Gareth is our seasoned tech-savvy investor with nearly two decades of experience, specialising in technology-driven companies. A true multi-tasker, he sits on the board of Altum, EIKON and the Advisory Board of Mahr.

Philipp plays a significant role in the DACH and Nordic region and is involved in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Having lived in a variety of places, he is happy to be based back in the Munich office. Philipp is on the board of Bannerflow and the Advisory Board of Mahr.

Mike works in the Tenzing Investment Team, where he focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities in the Nordic region. Based in Stockholm, he has a genuine passion for partnering with European software and tech-enabled services businesses to help them achieve success and scale. Milan, a founding pillar of our team, plays a key role in shaping our investment strategy across Europe. He brings deep experience in building businesses internationally and was instrumental in the successful exit of FMP Global. Milan is on the board of Bannerflow and MNI.

Carl focuses on sourcing and leading new software investment opportunities, with a particular passion for EdTech. He brings a rigorous, analytical approach to identifying high-growth businesses and supporting their scaling journey. Carl is on the board of MPLC, ScreenCloud and Totara.

Jonas is the go-to expert for the DACH and Nordic regions, tirelessly seeking, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. He’s not just passionate about deals; he’s also incredibly enthusiastic about tea. You can always spot him at the office, kickstarting his day with an iconic and impressively large pot of green tea.

Laura is our driving force when it comes to assisting management teams at Webexpenses, DJH, Gravita and Totara in executing their M&A strategies. For Laura, the team is everything, and she thrives on working with exceptional groups of people.

Lisa is an Investment Lead at Tenzing, where she focuses on the Office of the CFO and the Benelux region. She works on identifying, evaluating and leading new investment opportunities. Lisa is on the board of Altum and Tillo.
