Polaroid

The first Polaroid Camera.

In 1948 the public was introduced to one-step photography. Designed by Teague, the Polaroid Land camera premiered at Jordan Marsh in Boston and retailed for $89.95. Teague’s relationship with Polaroid lasted for decades, culminating in other acclaimed designs including the Polaroid Executive Desk Lamp which is part of The Metropolitan Museum of Art's permanent collection.
