EULA - End User License Agreement

Taskbar Helper License

Taskbar Helper Software hereby grants you a nonexclusive license to use the software. For evaluation the license is time-limited (30 days). For registered version you have to pay a license fee. The Software can be used under the following conditions:

- the Software can be used on any single computer;
- the Software can be used on a second computer, as long as the primary user of each copy is the same person;
- copy of the Software can be made for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices;

One may not:
- permit other persons to use the Software, except under the terms listed above;
- copy the Software, except as specified above;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction);
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
- rent, lease, transmit or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;

TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and documentation.
