FI Application Portal
FI Application Portal enables you to submit:
- licence applications (except for a credit institution licence)
- applications for entering insurance broker in the list of intermediaries
- applications for approval to operate as a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company
- notifications on acquisitions of qualifying holdings of subjects of financial supervision (excl. credit institutions)
Applications and notifications can still be submitted, if necessary, also by e-mail at [email protected].
Please notice that regardless of the English version of this web application, the language of administrative proceedings is Estonian.
User guide for the Finantsinspektsioon´s Application Portal
If the representative or contact person of the applicant or acquirer does not have a user account on the FI Application Portal and cannot authenticate with an Estonian ID card, Mobile ID, or Smart ID, please contact Finantsinspektsioon at [email protected] to create a user account providing your first name, last name and e-mail address. There is no need to contact Finantsinspektsioon if a person without an Estonian ID code is added as a representative of the applicant during the process of completing the application. In that case a user account is created automatically. An email will be sent to confirm that the account has been created. When logging into the user account for the first time with a password, two-factor authentication must be activated in order to use the site.
