The PDHD Neighborhood Farmer’s Market is held at the McCracken County Health Center, 916 Kentucky Avenue in Paducah from 2pm-6pm on the below dates. Our market is a Kentucky Proud Farmers Market. Each market features fresh produce from local farmers, food preparation demonstrations, giveaways, and health education activities for families and individuals of all ages. The market is for everyone! Each month we will have themes but everyone is encouraged to attend!
