I just really like horror movies and getting scared
It has its fun moments but man this is practically just a recreation of the first movie but worse in nearly every way and without the bleak ending of the original.

I went into this blind as I was scrolling through Shudder expecting a stereotypical spooky horror film, and I'd say it was feeling like that for a bit but it stopped about 25 or 30-ish minutes through and instead it just became depressing and dreadful as hell. It deeply resonated with me and felt appropriately timely with the way it feels the world is going.
