You'll sit down virtually for a one-on-one interview with both of Starbrew Group's founders. We want to hear your story, your goals, and what makes you, you. No Pressure, just a genuine conversation.
Group Interview
A small group of shortlisted candidates come together for a group session. You'll interact, collaborate on a short creative task, and get to know each other naturally. We're looking for chemistry, not perfection.
Final Decision
After all interviews are complete, our team deliberates and makes the final call. We consider each candidate holistically, talent, fit, and heart. Every person who reached this stage should be proud.
