Carl St Cyr serves as associate director of player personnel for the Tigers, working his way up through the organization after originally joining the program as a volunteer student assistant in the equipment room in August of 2017.

He moved into the player personnel department as a student assistant later in 2017 and has remained part of the staff since. Following graduation from LSU in 2021, St. Cyr was elevated to full-time status as a player personnel analyst on the offensive side of the ball in January of 2022.

In the spring of 2024, St. Cyr was promoted to assistant director of player personnel and then to associated director in 2026. Since joining the staff on a full-time basis, St. Cyr has helped the Tigers sign back-to-back Top 10 recruiting classes.

St. Cyr, a native of Denham Springs, Louisiana, works alongside Preston Tiffany, JR Belton and Austin Thomas in identifying prospects from across the nation.

He transitioned into the player personnel department as a student assistant later in 2017 and has remained a part of the staff since. In addition to working in the player personnel department as a student, St. Cyr also served as a coaching student assistant with special teams and tight ends from 2018-19.

Following graduation from LSU in December of 2021, St. Cyr was elevated to a full-time role as player personnel analyst in January 2022 under Brian Kelly. He was promoted to assistant director of player personnel in March 2024 and his most recent role as associate director of player personnel in February 2026 under Lane Kiffin.

St. Cyr, a native of Denham Springs, Louisiana, works alongside LSU Football general manager Billy Glassock as well as personnel staff members Mike Williams, Austin Shelton, Sam Pettito and Will Clouden.
