About Me
I am a Master's student in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. My academic journey has been deliberately cross-disciplinary: I hold a Diplome in Accountancy from STAN Polytechnic of State Finance, a Bachelor of Accounting from the Asian Institute of Finance Banking and Informatics, and a Bachelor of Economics Development from the Indonesian Open University — a path that shaped how I approach economic problems with both empirical rigour and institutional awareness. I also completed a semester in the Master of Economics program at the University of Bonn, Germany, where I deepened my understanding of structural macroeconomics modelling.
My research sits at the intersection of macroeconomics, international economics, and environmental & urban economics. I am particularly interested in how large shocks — whether natural disasters or commodity price movements — propagate through an economy, and what policy responses can effectively contain the damage. I work primarily with macroeconometrics and structural quantitative methods, including DSGE modelling and the econometrics of impact evaluation.
Professionally, I work as an Internal Auditor at a government ministry in Jakarta, where I conduct audits across information technology governance, digital service implementation, and data analytics — while also contributing to research on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and the development of audit frameworks for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in the public sector.
