The Batman

“I have to become more. People need hope. To know someone’s out there for them.”

Looking the perverted reality of his own principles in the eye makes Batman realize that vengeance won’t save Gotham. When he falls limp into the water only to rise again and light a path for the survivors of the attack, he’s baptized not as a vengeful crusader but as a symbol of hope, change, a reminder that all is not lost. Something in the Way kicks in for the second time, but it’s not melancholy and brooding. It has somehow, miraculously, transformed into something hopeful and triumphant—that’s Batman.

It’s not really offensively bad or anything it’s just insanely boring lol. Just two episodes of the tv show stitched together and not particularly good episodes either. Nothing really happens and the momentum keeps grinding to a halt, extremely anticlimactic return to the big screen for Star Wars.
