PENGAJUAN PROPOSAL KEPADA ESSENZA ELEGANTE

Sebelum melanjutkan, perlu diketahui bahwa setelah ini pihak pengirim proposal akan disebut sebagai PIHAK KEDUA dan Essenza Elegante sebagai penerima proposal akan disebut sebagai PIHAK PERTAMA. Adapun tata cara pengiriman proposal kepada Essenza Elegante sebagai berikut,

  1. Pengirim proposal harus memastikan terlebih dahulu bahwa waktu pengajuan proposal dan tanggal acara (yang disebut sebagai 'hari H') terpisah tidak kurang dari 20 hari.
  2. Seluruh anggota (staf, anggota, rekan, dll.) dari pihak pengirim proposal harus mengikuti dan melakukan retweet terhadap sematan yang dipasang oleh akun @THE_ESSENS sebelum pengajuan resmi diterima. Akun utama kami akan secara otomatis melakukan followback setelah retweet dari PIHAK KEDUA.
  3. Pengajuan proposal dapat dilakukan melalui HARTANTO, ELLIE atau melalui COO kami (HARTANTO, AERIS.). Untuk menghindari kehilangan data pada aplikasi X, sangat diharapkan agar saudara/i mengirimkan proposal melalui kontak kakaotalk yang terlampir. Apabila PIHAK PERTAMA salah mengirimkan, maka kami akan menganggap PIHAK PERTAMA tidak membaca syarat dan ketentuan kami. Pengiriman tersebut akan otomatis ditolak dan diabaikan.
  4. Harap diperhatikan bahwa kami hanya akan menerima maksimal tiga retweet dan retweet dengan kutipan. Jika terdapat lebih dari itu, kami meminta agar pihak pengirim proposal segera melakukan negosiasi melalui orang yang dihubungi untuk membuktikan kepatuhan terhadap syarat dan ketentuan kami.
  5. Kami tidak menerima proposal dalam bentuk souvenir. Oleh karena itu, jika klien menginginkan parfum kami sebagai souvenir, pihak pertama harus memesan melalui saluran pemesanan dengan membayar sejumlah souvenir. Kami hanya menerima uang tunai sebagai bagian dari kesepakatan dalam proposal.

Perlu diperhatikan bahwa jadwal kami tidak selalu tersedia, sehingga masih mungkin bagi proposal PIHAK KEDUA untuk ditolak meskipun telah memenuhi semua persyaratan, terutama jika pihak terkait memiliki individu blacklisted yang terdaftar sebagai staf yang terlibat dalam acara tersebut (baik permanen maupun lepasan) dan/atau terbukti tidak membaca prasyarat kami (kami tidak akan ragu untuk membatalkan kerjasama). Selain itu, kami tidak memerlukan MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), sehingga PIHAK KEDUA tidak perlu menyediakannya, namun kami menerima pengumpulan data dalam bentuk formulir.

 

 

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION TO ESSENZA ELEGANTE

Before proceeding, it is important to note that henceforth the sending party of the proposal will be referred to as the SECOND PARTY, and Essenza Elegante, as the recipient of the proposal, will be referred to as the FIRST PARTY. The procedure for submitting the proposal to Essenza Elegante is as follows,

  1. The sender of the proposal must first ensure that the submission timing of the proposal and the event date (referred to as 'day H') are no less than 20 days apart.
  2. All members (staff, members, associates, etc.) of the sending party must first follow and retweet the pinned tweet from @THE_ESSENS account before the official submission is accepted. Our main account will automatically follow back upon the SECOND PARTY's retweet of the pinned tweet.
  3. Proposal submissions can be made to HARTANTO, ELLIE or through our COO (HARTANTO, AERIS). To prevent data loss on the X application, it is strongly hoped that you can submit the proposal via the KakaoTalk contact provided. If the FIRST PARTY sends incorrectly, we will assume that the FIRST PARTY did not read our terms and conditions. The submission will be automatically rejected and ignored.
  4. Please note that we will only accept a maximum of three retweets and quote retweets. If there are more, the sending party is requested to promptly negotiate through the contact person to demonstrate compliance with our terms and conditions.
  5. We do not accept proposals in the form of souvenirs. Therefore, if the client desires our perfume as a souvenir, the first party must place an order through the ordering channel by paying for a certain quantity of souvenirs. We only accept fresh money as part of the agreement in the proposal.

It should be noted that our schedule is not always available, so there is still a possibility that the SECOND PARTY's proposal may be rejected even after meeting all the requirements, especially if the relevant party has a blacklisted individual as staff involved in the respective event (either permanent or freelance) and/or is found not to have read our prerequisites (we will not hesitate to cancel the cooperation). Additionally, we do not require an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), so the SECOND PARTY does not need to provide one, but we accept data collection in the form of a form.
