Summary
The elevator doors shut...
And that was it.
It had all gone so fast. Din's forehead ached with the pressure of his frown as his mind went over and over the happenings of the last hour in a matter of seconds. The green light saber, the Dark Troopers, the goodbyes. Grogu's little hand on his bare face as he cried tears that were still wet on his cheeks.
It had gone too fast for Din to tell the Jedi...
Anything. Everything.
He couldn't let the Jedi go with his child. Not when there was so much he needed to tell him first.
He felt the ship shake when the X-Wing passed the window, and instead of watching it fly off, his feet twitched against the floor, before he turned on the spot, and started to run.

Summary
Stede didn't show, Ed went back to being Blackbeard, and despite the two crews having since reconciled to sail the Revenge together again, things remain awfully tense between the two co-captains.
Perhaps a late-night drinking game and a pinch of jealousy will sort that right out.
**
“Never have I ever...” Stede swallowed. Never had he ever.
“...shared my bed with a man,” he said, and the air quickly filled with murmurs, rising like buzzing insects around him.
“Hold on, be more specific. To sleep or to fuck?” Black Pete yelled out, and Stede plucked at invisible lint on his coat, avoiding the one pair of eyes he could feel pressing on him.
“To... eh... fuck,” he clarified. Technically, he had shared a bunk bed with Ed, even if the other man hadn't slept there.
“Buggered a man or been buggered by a man?” Fang pressed, and Stede waved his hands before his face as if to stave off the question like a pesky fly.
“Neither. Both.”
He shouldn't have picked this one. He wasn't even sure why he had done it. To provoke something, perhaps. To express his frustrations. To communicate something to... someone.
He didn't look at Ed.

Summary
SPOILERS for Episode 6 of The Book of Boba Fett
Din came all the way to see his son, and this time, he won't let himself be sent away. Not even by Skywalker.
“Grogu misses you a great deal,” she said, and his eyes flooded mercilessly behind his helmet. “If he sees you, it will only make things more difficult for him.”
A sharp twist of his head brought his eyes back on the Jedi. “Maybe now,” he told her, “but not as difficult as it will be for him growing up, and thinking all family has abandoned him.”
He fought tears that rose with his anger as he looked at her. So certain of her own conviction.
“I made him a promise,” he hissed at her, grief ripping at his insides.

Summary
Hannibal has a Christmas gift for Will, who is not in the mood for holiday cheer.
Or
Angry, Christmas ladder sex.
“It's Christmas Eve,” Hannibal said, the term falling oddly from his foreign tongue, “and I believe it is tradition to honor your loved ones with a present.”
Will flinched as he turned back to his chair, watching the shiny, golden package with an open grimace.
“Your... loved ones?” he scoffed, saliva spraying in small drops from his lips as he forced out the words.
He could count the days since he had stood in Hannibal's kitchen, gun aimed at the man's head, on ten fingers exactly. Ten days since he had stepped out of the prison Hannibal had designed for him, and where he had left him to simmer in his own insanity.
“Did you just say your loved ones?”

“Oh. Well... I guess you did do that.”

Summary
Hazy from anesthetics for an ankle surgery, Will exposes a lot more of his conflicted feelings for Hannibal than he wanted to.
“I ddon't likke youu.”
Hannibal froze as the words hit the back of his head, and the dirty scalpel fell from his hands into the sink, disappearing beneath pink foam.
Soiled water and soap splattered on his hands and arms, as he turned towards the double bed on the other side of the room.
“Yeaaah, youu.” A weak, woozy finger pointed straight at him. “Youu!” Hazy blue eyes with widened, black pupils stared cloudily but fiercely at him as a deep frown folded the forehead beneath bouncy curls.
“I ddon't likke youu.”

Summary
En route to Kansas City for a murder case, Hannibal and Will get an urgent call from Jack, telling them to self-quarantine immediately in a small cabin near the woods.
Shopping at Walmart, one double bed and no suits will bring them both a lot of 'firsts'.
-
“Perhaps we could...” and before Will could turn, an arm extended before his chest to pick a bottle from the pile. “...forgo this for the coming weeks?”
Hannibal had appeared beside him, and Will saw the cart he was dragging after himself filled to the brim with cans, bags, bottles and packages. Toilet paper, too.
Hannibal had been smart rather than stubborn by forgoing the fresh, perishable produce, and Will was relieved to see it. The look in those amber eyes, however, was... haunting.
“That's my aftershave,” Will frowned, as he watched the glass bottle with the little blue ship being removed from the basket.

“Just a sandwich, o-ok?” he stuttered, as Hannibal nuzzled beneath his ear. “Turkey, or ham and cheese...”
- “I can do that,” Hannibal assured, as he sucked Will's earlobe into his mouth.
“N-nothing fancy,” Will moaned, as his hands worked to pull Hannibal's shirt from his trousers.
“Nothing fancy,” Hannibal agreed, as he unzipped Will's fly with crafty fingers.
**
Awful man, Will cursed silently the following Monday. Awful, awful man.
-
Every day at work, Will's lunchbox is filled with decadent creations, prompting questions from curious coworkers. Hoping to solve the matter, he asks Hannibal for a 'simple' sandwich, but quickly learns Hannibal doesn't quite grasp the meaning of this. Summary
“Excuse me sir, but your baby is very loud,” an unfamiliar voice disrupted the chaos in Tonny's head.
Tonny jerked, turned, and saw a slightly shorter man standing behind him. His eyes were blue as the summer sky, his skin was pale, smooth, and his chestnut, waved hair was neatly combed to the side. Over a perfectly ironed shirt and pants, the man was wearing a dark-green apron with a name tag that read ADAM.
Even with the door right behind him, Tonny felt cornered. “Fuck you,” he lashed at the man as he held the baby tighter in his arms. “I know that, don't I?”
**
When the inconsolable crying of his infant son forces Tonny off of the bus, he finds himself in a small village where the local corner-shop is run by a most extraordinary duo; Adam and Nigel.
As they jump to help Tonny take care for his hungry baby, Tonny struggles to figure out why these two men have such an 'oddly intimate' dynamic. That is before he meets the third member of the household; Aiden, who makes him question things about himself he never dared to question before.

Summary
After being rescued from the Arctic, Overgård is terrified of being alone.
> “I'll leave you to your rest,” Lee spoke kindly, and Overgård heard him shuffle around the room. His eyes sprung back open.
“No,” he heard himself plead before finding the strength to care about his dignity. He was tired, he was exhausted, and wanted little else but to close his eyes to drift into slumber. But it was frightening, near everlasting, to fall into the darkness of white, believing to be alone again. He was afraid to dream of snow and ice, of death and despair, and hopeless isolation.
He longed, more than anything, to feel up for up, down for down, real for real and dreams for dreams again.
He didn't want to be alone.

Summary
Hannibal and Will are both contestants on the television show First Dates, where they are matches up and meet each other for the very first time:
Voice-over: After the break, we'll see if this handsome psychiatrist with a penchant for life's finer things finds a connection with this longtime-single teacher who has adopted a total of seven stray dogs.
Dark curls and plaid filled the screen in the form of Will Graham, whose blue eyes peered moodily over his glasses. He was seated in a restaurant at a table across from Hannibal as he took a bite from his fork and said: “I have seven dogs.”
A close-up showed Hannibal's face, gulping visibly as he stared back at Will.

Summary
When Will opens Hannibal's letter, it wakes something primal locked inside of him. He doesn't understand it, but what he does know is that he has to go to Baltimore hospital for the criminally insane, and he has to go now.
Dear Will. He could still see the words, written in the curly elegance of Hannibal's hand, burning behind his eyelids. He breathed deeply through his nose to try and calm the unsteady flutter of his heart. A deep breath. One that clawed at his nose, one that penetrated his nostrils like a liquid, a smothering sting he felt intruding behind his eyes.
One. Deep. Breath.
And then it took him.

Summary
Will opened his eyes at the sound of a bird. A shrill cry that rang through the glass walls and gripped him by the throat.
He sat up, and saw the other side of the bed made and empty, as the air buzzed with the distant rattle of the coffee grinder. His bare feet touched the floor. The lake was still, solid, with one lone swan sitting along the edge of the hole. Will had created it a day earlier to help the fauna find their water and food. He had hacked at the ice with a heavy, blunt axe, until his hands had been sore and his arms tired.
The swan cried a dreadful screech, and Will rushed to pull his sweater over his head and hoist up yesterday's jeans. He hurried out through the back door and followed the noises of peril to the lake, where he could see the white bird flapping her wings and shaking her head. The webbings of her toes were frozen to the surface, where the water had washed over them while she was drinking.
She was trapped on the ice.

Summary

Will is a very troubled, very beautiful young man, who comes to the church almost every day to pray. What he doesn't do, however, is confess his sins to Father Lecter, and Hannibal aches to know why.
And then he turned his head to meet Hannibal's eyes with one of his. “I just want to be a decent, normal man.”
The words shattered, fragile like a thin layer of solidified sugar, and Hannibal watched the man close his eyes and lower his bible, as he pressed his back against the back rest of the chair. A wounded bird.
Hannibal enjoyed crushing those wounded birds. This time, however, the notion alone was enough to make him ache.
“Normality is never feared,” he said, as he turned himself towards the broken angel beside him. “...nor is it celebrated.”

Summary
The sound of the door latching shut echoed in the hallway. My shoulders tensed, my heart sped up and my fingers clutched around the porcelain sink. Footsteps in heavy boots thumped on the wooden parquet and I took another deep breath before walking out of the bathroom and into the hall. I kept my steps light, my breaths deep, and looked over the banister at the ground floor. It was him. Of course it was him.
After the fall, Will struggles with the destructive past of his relationship with Hannibal, and the destruction he left behind him. While Hannibal is willing to provide answers, Will is afraid to come to terms with what he really wants.
